Leland Bryant designed this French Colonial Revival high-rise building in 1929. But all I know is that whenever I am in this building I feel part of a bygone era. Celebrities such as Clark Gable & Bette Davis once called this building home. This building is on the National Registry of Historic Properties and thus has very low property taxes.

Today, you can find that these apartments have been, for the most part, kept up to modern standards while maintaining their old world charm. The building has 21 units on six floors, heated pools, lush grounds & gardens, and an on-duty manager.
