These lofts are conceptual in that they try to marry a townhome feel and a loft. There are only 4 units in the building complete in April of 2007.

Each unit is 1800 sq. ft. and blanketed in natural sunlight with exposures from 3 directions. The Penthouse unit has a private patio that clears great views. The top three units also have elevators that exit directly to the unit as well as a seperate entrance.

The block leaves a lot to be desired...it is surrounded by a lot of rentals and single-family homes, this building definitely outshines everything else on the block.
